POLICEMAN CHARGED OVER INSTALLATION OF SECRET CAMERA IN BATHROOM
An off-duty police officer has been charged after he allegedly filmed people on a hidden camera installed in the bathroom of his north-western NSW home.
A visitor to the Inverell home allegedly found the secret camera in August. They notified police and the home was searched on September 13 and his laptop seized.
Police said the general duties constable was issued with a court attendance notice on Monday.
He will face Hornsby Local Court in January charged with installing a device to film and attempting to film a person without consent.
